Here are answers to frequently asked questions about Sea Ranch Lodge:

Rates

Rates based on single/double occupancy, excluding taxes and gratuities.

Some guest rooms may accommodate a roll-away bed for one additional guest, for a rate surcharge of $15 per night.

All rates are subject to applicable tax (9% State & Local Taxes, plus 2% Sonoma County Tax and .195% California Tourism Tax).

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Minimum-Night stays

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends and holidays. From Sunday through Thursday, we welcome guests for one night only.

Two-night minimum stays may also be required for large wedding and/or private groups for mid-week dates, based on availability.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

Check-in time: 4 pm

Check-out time: 11 am

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations require a credit card for guarantee.

One night's deposit plus tax will be taken at time of booking.

Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full deposit refund, less a $15 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.

Payments & Other Charges

MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards are accepted.

Facilities for Guests with Disabilities

Sea Ranch Lodge welcomes guests with disabilities. ADA lodging is available.

Parking

Parking is complimentary.

Onsite Services

Welcome Center Guest Services desk provides local Concierge services.

Dog Policies

Sea Ranch Lodge is pleased to welcome you and your dog. In an effort to ensure the enjoyment of all guests, we ask for your assistance:

We have selected rooms which are dog friendly.

When booking, please indicate if you are bringing one or two dogs. We accept a maximum of two friendly dogs per room.

Please note if you are traveling with a canine companion, your reservation is not confirmed until our Guest Services Representative contacts you.

There is a one-time charge of $50 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets per room.

If there is any damage to the room due to your pet, the cost of repair will be charged to your account.

Dogs must be leashed at all times while on property. Owners must be present or the pet removed from the room for housekeeping to freshen your room. Please do not leave pets unattended in guest rooms out of respect for other guests around you.

Dogs are restricted from entering the restaurant.
